まずはカプレーゼと茹で野菜のドレッシング和え。さすがに美味しいです。ドレッシングは酸味や塩分が立ちすぎてなく、やさしい味です。
ブルスケッタ、フライ盛合せ、田舎風ピッツァ。特にゼッポリーネがかむともっちりした食感で、後を引く味。凄くおいしかったです。
店の料理は、本場のものを素直に表現しています。Offers the assurance of good service in a friendly, intimate environment.

@ BONSAI & BAR, BONSAIYA. The space this bar occupies is GINORMOUS. Nothing like it could possibly exist anywhere. Drinking at 盆さいや makes people happy. Proof Positive. Shige・bon-san is mad cool, thanks a lot for having us...
@ Vin Santo. This place has your back. It's a chill, comfortable place with classy elements.

地下。樽が2つ、テーブル代わりに、正面には大きなワインセラーがあって、スクエアーにカタチ作られた空間です。

甘いワイン＝甘いお菓子。バラエティーもありますし、次はヴィーノ・ドルチェ飲んでみようと思いました。奇麗なお店、お勧めです。
